DUBLIN
Study Holiday
MIN STAY: Minimum 1 week
MIN STUDENTS: 5
Plan Description
Dublin, the Irish capital since the Middle Ages, is located on the estuary of the River Liffey, on the east coast of the island and overlooks the Irish Sea. Here you will be able to choose between the typical study holiday in homestay accommodation, which is available throughout the year, and one in campus accommodation during summer. In the first case, the school is situated in the heart of the capital at about 30-40 minutes by bus to the families, which are located in the surrounding residential area. In the second case, we suggest staying at University College Dublin (UCD), founded in 1854 by an archbishop, now one of the best universities in the world. The campus is located 4 km south of the city-centre, well connected by public transport.
BRAY
Study Holiday
MIN STAY: Minimum 1 week
MIN STUDENTS: 5
Plan Description
Bray is one of Ireland’s oldest and most popular seaside towns. With Dublin city and the enchanting countryside of County Wicklow on its doorstep, the beautiful town of Bray enjoys the best of both worlds. Bray has long been a favourite destination for tourists, writers and cultural figures, counting Oscar Wilde and James Joyce among its 19th century residents. The school is located in the beautiful seaside town and offers carefully selected homestay accommodation all year around.
CORK
Study Holiday
MIN STAY: Minimum 1 week
MIN STUDENTS: 5
Plan Description
Cork, just inland from Ireland’s southwest coast, is a university city with its centre on an island in the River Lee, connected to the sea by the huge Cork Harbour. The hilltop steeple of 18th-century Shandon Church (officially St. Anne’s Church) is a symbol of the city. Visitors who climb its tower are rewarded with sweeping views, and can play the church’s bells. Here we propose selected host families or residence accommodation all year around. The main school is located in the Georgian city centre and in summer uses the facilities of the historical University College Cork.
GALWAY
Study Holiday
MIN STAY: Minimum 1 week
MIN STUDENTS: 5
Plan Description
Situated on the Atlantic, on the west coast of Ireland, this vibrant city - like its people -
is warm, friendly and welcoming. Galway is often referred to as the 'most Irish' of Ireland's cities and it is renowned for its pleasures. Brightly painted pubs heave with live music, while cafes offer front-row seats for observing street performers, weekend parties and more. Steeped in history, for sure, but the city buzzes with a contemporary and cultured vibe as students make up a quarter of the population. We propose homestay or residence accommodation carefully selected within a short distance from the school.
